Effective September 22, 2026

Veyra is a browser-based writing workspace. It can help a person create Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms content, build a new Google Slides presentation, and run optional local Mac tasks.

Google data

When you choose Sign in with Google, Veyra requests permission to create and edit the Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files that you choose to use. Veyra uses the Google access token in the browser session to call Google APIs for the feature you requested. Signing out removes that session from Veyra.

AI providers

If you add an API key and ask Veyra to generate or analyze content, the text, attachments, or Mac screenshots needed for that request are sent directly from your browser to the provider you selected: Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy terms.

Storage and sharing

Veyra keeps preferences, optional API keys, chat history, and its usage tracker only in the current tab’s memory. Refreshing or closing the tab clears this data. This version does not load data saved by older versions; you can clear that older data through your browser settings. Veyra does not sell Google user data. It does not send Google file content to anyone except Google to perform the requested Google action and an AI provider you select to perform the requested AI action.

Your choices

You can sign out of Google, delete browser data, remove an API key, or stop an in-progress task at any time. For support or privacy questions, the public support contact has not yet been configured.
