Request help with a purchase

For purchase help, contact veyraofficialhq@gmail.com with your purchase email, order reference, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or bank details. We will review the request under the purchase terms and applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a previous charge. Any refund and the end of access will be confirmed for the specific purchase. For purchases processed by Paddle, you can also contact Paddle buyer support to request a refund or manage a subscription.

Problems using Veyra

Please contact us if a download or feature does not work. Include your operating system and a description of the problem, but no passwords or private document contents.
